Prof. Xingwei Wang CCF Fellow, Northeastern University, China Xingwei Wang is a distinguished professor and doctoral supervisor, holding the esteemed titles of Fellow of CCF, director of CCF, and vice president of Northeastern University. He has been awarded numerous national grants including the National Outstanding Youth Science Foundation of China, the Special Government Allowance from the State Council, and the Program for New Century Excellent Talents of the Ministry of Education. Additionally, Prof. Wang holds prominent positions in various important organizations such as being a member of the National Graduate Education Steering Committee for Professional Engineering Degree and serving as Deputy Director for both Network and Data Communications Committee & Technical Committee on Internet at China Computer Federation; he also serves as Director & Fellow at China Institute of Communications while being part of its fellow selection committee along with being an expert committee member at China Education and Research Network (CERNET) while also serving as Vice Chairman at Liaoning Internet Society. Furthermore, he is an editorial board member for prestigious journals like Chinese Journal Of Computers , Journal Of Software ,and Journal Of Computer Research And Development . Moreover,he is one among Elsevier Highly Cited Chinese Researchers Ranking .He leads Liaoning Provincial Innovation Team besides working as Director at Liaoning Provincial Key Laboratory Of Intelligent Internet Theory And Applications. His primary research interests encompass the domains of Internet, cloud computing, and network space security. To date, he has been bestowed with 2 second prizes for national scientific and technological progress, 2 first prizes for scientific and technological progress from the Ministry of Education, 1 first prize for scientific and technological progress from the China Institute of Communications, 1 second prize for technical invention from the Ministry of Education, 1 second prize for technical invention from Liaoning Province, as well as 1 second prize for natural science from Hunan Province. Prof. Yunhao Liu ACM Fellow, IEEE Fellow, Tsinghua University, China Professor Liu currently holds the position of Dean at the Global Innovation Exchange, Tsinghua University. He has been recognized as an ACM Fellow and IEEE Fellow for his outstanding contributions in the field. Additionally, he serves as an Editor for ACM Transactions on Sensor Networks and Communications of the China Computer Federation, while also holding the esteemed role of Honorary Chairman at ACM China Council. In 1995, Professor Liu obtained his BS degree from Tsinghua University's Automation Department. Subsequently, he pursued higher education in Computer Science and Engineering at Michigan State University in the United States, earning both an MS and a Ph.D. degree in 2004. Throughout his academic career, he has held various positions including Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Ph.D. supervisor at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology's Department of Computer Science. Later on, he became a Changjiang Distinguished Professor and Dean of Tsinghua University's School of Software before assuming the role of Foundation Professor and Chair at Michigan State University's Department of Computer Science. Furthermore, Professor Liu has received numerous accolades for his research endeavors such as the prestigious 2007 Hong Kong Best Innovation and Research Award: Grand Prize; first prize in the 2010 Natural Science Award presented by Ministry of Education; second prize in the 2011 China National Natural Science Award; National Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars recognition; 2013 ACM Presidential Award; 2014 MobiCom Best Paper Award; along with being honored with SIGCOMM Best Student Paper Award in 2021. | |
Prof. Guangjie Han IEEE Fellow, IET Fellow, AAIA Fellow, Hohai University, China Guangjie Han (Fellow, IEEE) is presently serving as a Professor in the Department of Internet of Things Engineering at Hohai University, Changzhou, China. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China in 2004. In February 2008, he successfully completed his tenure as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Computer Science at Chonnam National University, Gwangju, Korea. From October 2010 to October 2011, he held the position of Visiting Research Scholar at Osaka University, Suita, Japan. During January 2017 to February 2017 period he served as a Visiting Professor at City University of Hong Kong in China. Furthermore,from July 2017 to July 2020,he was appointed as Distinguished Professor at Dalian University of Technology in China. His current research interests encompass various domains including Internet of Things (IoT), Industrial Internet (IIoT), Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI), Mobile Computing and Security and Privacy. Dr. Han has an extensive publication record with over 500 peer-reviewed journal and conference papers along with approximately160 granted and pending patents. His remarkable academic impact is evident through his H-index which stands at an impressive value of60and i10-index reaching257 according to Google Citation(Google Scholar). The total citation count for his papers exceeds13600+ times. Dr. Han is a Fellow of the UK Institution of Engineering and Technology (FIET). He has served on the Editorial Boards of up to 10 international journals, including IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics (TII), IEEE Transactions on Cognitive Communications and Networking (TCCN), IEEE Systems Journal, IEEE/CCA Journal of Automation Science and Engineering (JAS), and IEEE Network. Prof. Tie Qiu IEEESenior Member, Tianjin University, China Dr. Tie Qiu is currently a Full Professor at the School of Computer Science and Technology, Tianjin University, China. Prior to this position, he held the position of assistant professor in 2008 and associate professor in 2013 at the School of Software, Dalian University of Technology. He also served as a visiting professor at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Iowa State University in the U.S. from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, he holds editorial roles for prestigious journals such as IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering (TNSE), IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems; Ad Hoc Networks (Elsevier); Computers and Electrical Engineering (Elsevier); Human-centric Computing and Information Sciences (Springer). Furthermore, he has been involved in various capacities including General Chair, Program Chair, Workshop Chair, Publicity Chair, Publication Chair or TPC Member for numerous international conferences. Prof. Guan Gui IEEE Fellow, IET Fellow, AAIA Fellow, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China Guan Gui (Fellow, IEEE) obtained his Ph.D. degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China in 2012. He served as a Research Assistant and Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at Tohoku University from 2009 to 2014 before becoming an Assistant Professor at Akita Prefectural University in Japan from 2014 to 2015. Since then, he has been a Professor at Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications in China. Dr. Gui has published over 200 papers in IEEE journals/conferences with recent research interests including intelligence sensing and recognition, intelligent signal processing, and physical layer security. His contributions to intelligent signal analysis and wireless resource optimization have earned him fellowships with the IEEE, IET, and AAIA organizations along with several Best Paper Awards such as ICC 2017, ICC 2014, VTC 2014-Spring among others. In addition to these accolades for his work within academia thus far - which include being named one of the top two percent scientists worldwide by Stanford University between years spanning from '21-'23; receiving Clarivate Analytics' Highly Cited Researcher award for Cross-Field studies during that same time period; being recognized as one of Elsevier's Highly Cited Chinese Researchers between '20-'23; earning membership status alongside Global Activities Contributions Award honors back in '18 - Dr.Gui also received numerous awards related specifically towards editorial service: The Top Editor Award for IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology ('19), Outstanding Journal Service Award for KSII Transactions on Internet & Information System ('20), Exemplary Reviewer Award for IEEE Communications Letters ('17). Furthermore he was awarded both the Japan Society for Promotion of Science (JSPS) Postdoctoral Fellowship For Foreign Researchers back in '12 followed by their International Fellowship For Overseas Researchers six years later. He was appointed as the Jiangsu Specially-Appointed Professor in 2016, recognized as the Jiangsu High-Level Innovation and Entrepreneurial Talent in 2016, and honored as the Jiangsu Six Top Talent in 2018. Since 2022, he has held the esteemed position of Distinguished Lecturer at the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society.
